The board of directors and the chairman are set up as the top managers of DCB, and there are supervisors and auditing offices. There are president, Vice president and Office of presedent, responding to execute various businesses. The executive office manages 10 groups（DCB School of Biotechnology & Industry, DCB Southern Taiwan Office ,Global Research Collaboration, IEC Innovation & Entrepreneurship Core, Program Management, Drug Commercialization Center, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industries Promotion Office, Public Affairs, Special Tasks, Legal Affairs & IP Management）and 4 offices（Occupational safety and health, Human resources, Accounting, Strategic Palnning & Project Management）.

DCB is divided into four research institutes and two administrative offices. The research institutes include the Laboratory of Translational Medicine, Institute of Biologics（Divided into Biologics Production and Process, Protein Engineering, Protein Characterization, Biologics Development）, Institute of Pharmaceutics（Divided into Analytical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Bioactivity Identification）, and Institute for Drug Evaluation Platform（Divided into Regenerative Medicine, Drug Delivery, Intelligent Medicine, Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinatics, Pharmacology and Toxicology）.  Carry out various research work according to the groups.

The administrative department is divided into the Division of Industrial Development（Including Industrial Information & Analysis, Industrial Science & Technology, Department of Bussiness Development & Promotion, Nankang Biotech Incubation Center）and the Division of Administrative（Including Information Technology, Procurement, General Affairs） . Carry out various businesses according to the groups.
